You show us one job your office does by hand: keying the same order into two systems, chasing paperwork, matching statements line by line. We send you a one-page note on what could run on its own.

Grocery-chain deductions
For food plants paid by remittance. It reads the remittance file (PDF, CSV or EDI), sorts every deduction into disputable, check-the-backup or valid, catches deductions taken twice, and drafts the dispute.
Seafood export paperwork
For exporters filing catch certificates. A working prototype that chases boats and buying stations for licence and landing details and builds the file for each load.
Overtime checks for multi-location teams
It reads scheduling and payroll exports and checks hours against each province's overtime rules, location by location, before payroll goes out.
Daily reports from point-of-sale email
For restaurants: the reports your point-of-sale system already emails become one morning summary, so nobody has to pull the numbers together by hand.
